All returns must be formally agreed and initiated within 18 days of dispatch of goods unless otherwise agreed.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable or consumables are not eligible for returns, this includes:
- Spray paints
- Paints
- Glues
- Modelling/epoxy putties
- Brushes
- Auxiliary hobby products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We reserve the right offer partial refunds where appropriate (for example 1 products out of a pack of 6 is defective).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note, refunds can take up to 10 days to show on a bank account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Damages in transit
We will provide replacements or credit for damaged goods. Please contact us at sales@thewarhub.com – refunds will only be offered in the event the product is no longer available or has extensive wait times.
Shipping returns
In the event you need to return your product, you should mail it to: Warhub Returns, Unit 19 Kingfisher Works, Neepsend Lane, Sheffield, S3 8AU
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to accept liability for lost or damaged in transit goods during the returns process.
